How much does Revit cost, and what changes the price
Revit costs $380 monthly or $3,005 annually in the US. Compare LT limits, Flex break-even points, bundles and the extra rights needed for cloud worksharing.
Setup, licenses & versions
Check your PC against the requirements for the Revit release you need, then compare licensing costs. I'd start with the hardware guide because a subscription won't help a machine that can't open the model.
Revit system requirements: what your PC needs before you install
Check Revit 2027 against your own PC: Windows 11, processor, memory by model size, graphics and disk. Includes the higher Accelerated Graphics recommendation, separate Mac host/VM requirements and material 2026/2025 differences.
